All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to serve our global clientele (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Shipping fee: $12.95
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Available for orders over $50

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or other third parties.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our craftsmanship, but if any item doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns policy ensures a straightforward process handled with the same care we devote to our knives.

Our Returns Promise

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging with all protective materials
  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Japanese pocket knives with custom sharpening services
  • Survival knives showing signs of field testing
  • Any blade with removed protective coatings
  • Bespoke or engraved knives (unless faulty)

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection (typically 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB refunds: 3-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process
