Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all protective materials intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, the following cannot be returned:
- Japanese pocket knives with custom sharpening services
- Survival knives that show signs of field testing
- Any blade with removed protective coatings
