The ESEE Cleaver CL1 is a large cleaver, based on a butcher’s cleaver. Large, heavy and very cool. Everyone who hold the Cleaver will immediately smile. This model was designed by Expat. Perfect when gutting a deer, chopping it into pieces and cutting firewood for the fire you wish to roast your deer over. At the front of the blade you will find a cut-out in the shape of the state Idaho, USA. That is where this cleaver is from.
